Hi! My name is Deidre. I am one of the Youth Mental Health Practitioners at Taiohi Tūrama. I have worked with young people in the community for many years. I am passionate about helping young people navigate grappling with academic stress, peer pressure, family dynamics, relationship or mental health challenges or those who simply need a supportive ear.
