Learn how to make the perfect coffee.
This barista programme gives young people practical skills and knowledge and an opportunity to gain confidence in a real café environment.
You will learn:

• Learn basic theory and various practical techniques
• Components of the Espresso machine
• Coffee Extraction
• Milks stretching and temperature control
• Various Espresso Coffees
• Café service
• Employment skills

As this programme runs during the day, this would suit young people who are not currently attending education, training or employment.
