This service is for you if you are 15 to 24 years old, live in Rotorua and are NOT in employment, education or training.
We link you up with a dedicated youth worker navigator who will provide mentoring and coaching.
We will support you to find the job or training you want.
We work together to develop your skills and confidence.
We help you identify your goals and create a plan to work towards achieving them.
Career and pathway planning
Develop a plan for you personally and for your mahi or training.
CV's & Cover Letters
We help you create an eye catching CV and cover letter.
Interview skills
Learn the tips and tricks to land that interview
Driver licensing
Learner, Restricted and Full car license
Holistic skill development
Develop the skills to help you succeed.
Wrap-around support
Link you in with the support you need e.g. counselling, health services, financial assistance…..
Training or mahi
Help you to find mahi or training that links with your aspirations.
Post Placement Support
Continue to support you for up to 6 months once you are in training or employment.
You get a dedicated Youth Worker Navigator who works with you to provide a holistic wrap around service. You are supported into training and/or employment and this support continues for a further six months post placement.
Our Workplace Opportunities Broker works with businesses to find mahi that meets your aspirations.
