This service is for you if you are 12 to 24 years old and would like support with your mental wellbeing.  Examples of this include:

  • Neurodiversity

  • Substance use and dependence
  • Gender and Identity exploration

Mental Health Workshops

These are for those 18-years and over who live or work with taiohi 18-24 years.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

This 2-day workshop is designed to equip adults with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently support young people (12 – 24) who may be experiencing mental health challenges. Participants will gain valuable insights into YMHFA principles, master effective intervention techniques, and develop the confidence to make a positive impact. Once you have completed the full workshop, you can complete the online assessment to be recognised as an accredited MHFAider for your workplace or community.


Neurodiversity

This is a 4-hour interactive session designed for adults who live, work, or engage with neurodivergent young people. This workshop will focus on deepening your understanding of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety, Dyslexia, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).

You’ll leave with practical strategies and greater confidence in supporting young people who are neurodivergent.

E-learning

This 4-hour practical e-learning workshop is designed for adults who live, work or engage with young people. The workshop focuses on exploring apps and websites that support young people in managing anxiety, coping with suicidal thoughts and self-harm, building motivation and goal-setting skills, plus much more.
