KIA ORA! Im Janey! I am born and breed in Rotorua and have a passion for supporting our local Rangatahi.
I started with RYC in 2020 facilitating the mates and dates programme in local high schools, supporting and encouraging young people to have healthy relationships.
I have now become a youth navigator mentoring and empowering rangatahi into employment or training.
Jen is originally from Scotland and been in New Zealand since 2004 working in several leadership/management roles in health, not-for-profit, local authority and education sectors.

Heather works in the powerhouse at the Taiohi Tūrama as Business Manager. This means she and her team are responsible for making sure the organisation runs like a well-oiled machine. They manage day to day resources and protocols needed that help to push toward financial, operational and strategic objectives.

Kia ora! Steve Holmes here! I have been working with youth for about 25 years both as a youth worker and in youth development management. My job includes ensuring that all of our programmes achieve the best outcomes for our rangatahi.
I love my job, and get great satisfaction in working in a team whose focus is to help young people realise their value and take steps towards reaching their amazing potential.
